Drivers and firmware
Use each brand's official tools to remap keys, set lighting and update firmware. Tools vary by model, so check your product manual.
- Keychron: the Keychron Launcher web app remaps most QMK keyboards right in your browser.
- NuPhy: for VIA-compatible keyboards, see NuPhy's VIA usage guide; for other models, see the NuPhy help center.
- Lofree: drivers, web configurators and manuals are in Lofree's download center.
Web tools need a Chromium-based browser such as Chrome or Edge, with the device connected by cable.
Warranty
Defects not caused by misuse are covered for 1 year from delivery, and within 14 days of delivery you can choose a refund or a replacement. The warranty doesn't affect your statutory rights.
Shipping and returns
Orders ship within 48 hours of payment. Return anything within 14 days of delivery for any reason; defective items can be refunded or replaced.
