Where we ship

Europe, the United States, China, Japan and Korea. The countries and regions you can choose at checkout are the ones we deliver to.

Dispatch time

Orders ship within 48 hours of successful payment. Delivery time depends on your address and the shipping method; checkout shows the options available.

Shipping fees

Shipping isn't free. It is calculated at checkout from your delivery address and paid by the buyer; the amount shown at checkout applies.

Duties and import taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT or other import charges, set by the rules of the destination country or region. Anything already included at checkout won't be charged again; anything not included may need to be paid by the recipient on delivery.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we email you the tracking number. If you can't find tracking information or have any other questions, email shenghualiao5@gmail.com and we'll reply within 2 hours.
