Who is responsible for your information

What we collect
- Browsing: our hosting provider records access logs, such as IP address, browser type and time of visit, for security and troubleshooting. We don't currently use analytics or advertising trackers.
- Cart: items in your cart are stored in your own browser. We can't see them.
- Orders: the name, delivery address, phone number, email and order details you enter at checkout. Payment details such as card numbers are handled by the payment provider; we never see or store them.
- Contacting us: your email address and what you write to us.
How we use it
Only to process orders, ship them, provide after-sales service, answer your questions and meet legal obligations such as keeping transaction records. We don't sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
- Shopify: checkout, orders and payments are handled by Shopify and its payment partners.
- Carriers: to deliver your order, we give the carrier the recipient's name, address and phone number.
- Hosting: this website is hosted on Tencent Cloud EdgeOne, which processes the access logs.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
These providers may be located outside your country or region. We share only what is necessary for the purposes above.
Cookies and browser storage
We use your browser's local storage to keep your cart, not to track you. Checkout is provided by Shopify, which may use cookies that are necessary to complete checkout and prevent fraud.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for the period required by law. Other information is deleted once it's no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent, by emailing shenghualiao5@gmail.com. Any other rights you have under the laws where you live, such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation or China's Personal Information Protection Law, also apply, and you can complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
When we update this policy, we change the date at the top. We'll highlight significant changes on the website.
